Casondra plays an integral part of the DRS team. She has a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Previously Casondra worked at a Honda dealership starting out in the Service BDC department where she quickly grew to the supervisor role. After three years in on the retail side she joined Dealer Retention Services. She not only runs an effective Service BDC department but she also assists in operations and human resources management.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves the beach and is very outdoorsy.
